    I have never been to gym before and literally just started in November 2023. I was super nervous to start and had been contemplating starting a gym membership for years now but decided to just jump into it. I had no idea what I was doing but after meeting Caitlin and discussing my gym goals (to lose weight and gain strength) I immediately felt comfortable stepping out of my comfort zone and trying out new things. She’s so supportive and understanding with how I choose to pace myself. She’s also always helping me challenge me and my mindset to change from “I don't think i can” to “I can try” or “I will”. Each week after my sessions with Caitlin I'm always feeling empowered and stronger than before. It’s only been 3 months of gym and I’m already seeing positive changes not only in my strength but physical appearance.
